Pain Relief Tips

Some of you, like me during my worst days, might be seeking immediate pain relief now. Here I will list below some of the quickest ways I have found to help get myself through the really rough times in this disease.

1.Take a bath, stay in all day if you need

2.Heat up a rice pack/fill a hot water bottle or container (see link for purchase options) with hot water, wrap it in a towel to not burn you

3.Massage your abdomen/pelvis with castor oil starting at your bottom left(looking downward) and working in clock-wise circles then cover with heat

4.Drink tea without much caffeine and water, lots of water your body needs it!

5. Seated Qi Gong visual, breathing deeply and thinking healing thoughts (it’s not easy, but it helps)
